Cleaning your scanner is as easy as scanning a piece of paper. Feed the cleaning card through the scanner, as the cleaning card is moved automatically through the scanner it cleans the lens plate, drive rollers and paper path within the sheet fed scanner. If the scan head is not cleaned properly you risk having poor document images displayed and stored.
By not cleaning, you risk increased:

- Document jams and feed errors
