KICTeam,Inc Extends Shelf-life Guarantee
AUBURN, Maine—February 6, 2014— KICTeam,Inc., the long established leader in cleaning card products for electronic devices announced a change to the shelf life policy of all their pouched products, pens, and snap swabs, extending the guarantee from 24 months (2 years) to 60 months (5 years) from date of manufacture.
“With a worldwide distribution network, we wanted to make certain that all of our customers were assured of the products’ integrity, even if they didn’t use them promptly” said John Condon, KICTeam Vice President of Operations. “We knew that the shelf life was much longer than originally stated, and after an internal review, we felt confident we could pass this extension along to the field.”
It should be noted that KICTeam defines shelf life as “the time period in which a chemical substance or blended preparation retains its integrity, is chemically and physically stable and will perform suitably for its intended use.”
